**REFUNDS** To cancel, please give us 24-48 hours notice. No refunds if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time. No refunds for late or no show to the agreed upon appointment time. We regret there is no exception to these policies. Guests can receive a rain check to use for another time/date if operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. This call will be made by operator only at time of rental. 50% refund will be given for rentals cancelled within 24-28 hours of rental.

 

**WEIGHT LIMIT** of 420lbs for all passengers on jet ski. 2-3 riders per jet ski. Total combined weight for all riders cannot exceed 420 lbs.. **DEPOSIT:** No deposit required, however there will be a $300 charge for an overturned jet ski or a jet ski ran through a sand bar.

 

**DAMAGES** The renter is financially responsible for any damage caused to the jet ski while it is in their possession, regardless of fault.This includes but is not limited to, damage from collisions, improper use, or negligence. In the event of damage, the renter agrees to cover the cost of repairs, replacement parts, and any associated downtime costs if the jet ski is unable to be rented to others while out of service.

 

**RULES** All operators of our personal watercraft/jet skis agree to operate the jet ski in a responsible manner, following all safety guidelines, local laws, and instructions provided by Salt Life Expeditions. Reckless behavior, including excessive speed, dangerous manuevers, or operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.

 

**WAIVER** Must complete waiver before riding our watercraft . To complete digital waiver, click the waiver link on our website or download and print our waiver forms by clicking the waiver tab and bring them with you at time of reservation.

 

**PLEASE ARRIVE** 30 mins prior to appointment time. Guests born on or after January 1, 1988 will need to complete a boater safety course. Please have the BOATER SAFETY COURSE completed prior to arrival so it does not interfere with appointment time. Please screenshot completed Boater Safety Test to show operator at time of rental.

 

**PHOTOGRAPHY** We do take photographs for advertising and marketing and will send over pictures by text when your rental is completed. Please advise us if you do not want your pictures used for Social Media, Advertising or Marketing.​Unfortunately, we do not allow pregnant women or children under 6 on our watercraft for safety and insurance purposes.

 

**PARKING** We launch at Swoop boat ramp in New Smyrna Beach. There is a parking fee of $10 at the Swoop boat ramp at (2455 Boat Ramp Dr, New Smyrna Beach).
